Comments:
Mid morning run cause I got more lab work to finish up today. Starting out it was cloudy and humid, still some rain in the air. I knew I needed this though just hit it like I had something to release. Felt good throughout, powering the hills and hitting the straights. Went down 20th. A few folks out on Pt Grey Rd. Came back up Alma. Hmm wish I had the strength to run yesterday but grateful I got this in today.
Essentials: Stretch
So sweaty when I returned. Felt good to stretch out and rehydrate. Thats a big deal these days too really need to focus on that to keep my focus through the week.
