Weather: 70s, a bit of sun, the clouds (between rain storms)
Comments:
Interesting, enjoyable day. Slept in until 9! Then did several internet errands, including finding running clubs and devising a "couch to half-marathon" plan for Jules. Lolz! There are some good clubs in the South Bay, so that's good.
Did a bunch of other stuff, then finally did some physical activity. Yoga/strength, first, then out for the run.
Felt GOOD today, even though I'm still sore and under-recovered. Tough to keep the HR down, so I had to walk a lot.
But I LOVE this loop! Just barely any pavement (like, less than a mile). Then - on the "large" loop - a fair amount of straight-uphill hiking.
Really fun. It's SO great to feel good again, running. Especially when fatigued!
