(short) HR/Animas + C02 loop tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 50s, overcast

Comments:
Did the same tempo last week, but shorter (no TdS) warm-up, since I was short on time.

Woke up a bit early and had some coffee - caffeinated coffee. Noteworthy, because I had REAL trouble breathing on this run!

Felt fine on the outbound, though I DID notice some difficulty breathing on the small uphills on the trail.

Then, once I got to the tempo...it was really hard to breathe. Much harder than before. So much that, as I got into town, I had to briefly jog, mid-tempo.

Damn caffeine! That's all it could be, as I've done decaf with soy milk with no issues before (I"ll test this again).

Solid run, nonetheless. Legs felt way better than yesterday.

Rest of the day:
* three AM clients
* lunch
* created and mailed one more "care package"/letter for JSG
* finally got some writing going! (wrote another substack, and did a nice Twitter thread).
