Weather: 70, turning to almost rain
Comments:
Worked 8-11, sleeping in a bit, and choosing to run after my clients. Out the door by 11:30.
Felt a little heavy in both legs and energy. More hamstring stiffness than I'd like. Kept the effort mellow outbound, per usual, then pushed the downhill road a bit preceding the tempo.
Tempo felt...good. Stride felt way better, but I think it was slower. 7:20, then just under 7 pace for the final 1.5 miles.
Breathing was fine. No Rx (or any) bars, just some decaf and, as it were, a beef EPIC bar! (Too spicy).
Solid run.

• NAPPED, hardcore
• wrote iRF
• late dinner
Subsequently slept poorly. And some weird rib stuff in the middle of the night, too!
