I barely made it to 9pm last night and was up early again. It was really quiet in lab this morning but I got some good work done, slowly getting into it. Didnt want to stay late today so came back, regrouped and headed out to get some mileage. Why not, thats important stuff too. Ran down through Kits then along 6th to Vine and back up 20th. It was just amazing weather out, low 20s, blue sky, breeze. I wish I had the ability to roll with that today. Legs were hella heavy and running felt awkward took me a while to get into it. Pace was ok though and I worked what ever hill I faced.

Essentials: Stretch

Tired when I got back, and hungry. Good stretch though legs just feel beat, mix of catching up and getting used to biking again. I want to get some Long distance in this weekend so this shake out was absolutely essential.
