Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
"Slept in" until 6:20,t hen went to work. 8 clients, with a 3-hour break. But did a bunch of stuff at the house, then EXTENSIVE ball rolling to my hamstrings/sciatic nerves. Just didn't feel like running.
Learning a lot about this "condition", but I wish it were easier and could JUST run!
