Comments:
Out for some errands today. Got a lot of sleep last night thanks to the Benadryl. Lip feeling much better too, just a few hours of bad reaction. I waited late to run, thought I could beat some heat. But, was feeling a little crampy in the afternoon and thought I could beat that too. I couldn't. Ran down to 5th and turned back at Macdonald, but cutting over to 20th it got bad and I had to slow down a lot. Struggled the whole way back. I made it in time, but last few miles were garbage. It actually wasn't that hot out but maybe I wasn't hydrated enough anyways.
Essentials: Stretch
I didnt stretch much when I got back had to rehydrate and equilibrate myself... Feeling better once I got back but certainly bummed at the lack of quality mileage so far this week.
