Comments:
Good to get back out on the streets. I went for a walk in the morning visiting the free libraries in the neighborhood. Noticed that its starting to cool down a little bit, especially with a nice breeze coming in off the water. Classic loop, lots of folks out. Felt really good today, but shoes felt kinda sloppy and foreign. Really pushed myself on the hills today and really noticed them.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a bit outside when I got back to cool down in the breeze. Bugs are coming out not and just noticed I have been getting chewed up past few days. They just sneak up on ya. Didnt really want to stay out there any longer so came back in to rehydrate. Feel worked, glad I could get off some solid miles like that. Just taking it as it comes these next few weeks, make it work and get that work.
