Comments:
Got out early cause I didnt feel like sleeping in a lot today. It was sunny, breezy, near perfect weather. Wanted to get down hill to the water, haven't been down there in a while. Wasn't feeling extra long distance today either. Felt pretty good today however, especially starting out straight downhill. Coming back up I held the pace, finishing up along the ridge. Felt hydrated and cool the whole time too. Felt like I kicked it in a little bit at the finish.

Essentials: Stretch

Nice stretch on the street when I finished up. This old Chinese guy walked past me, stopped, and started tapping on his knees and head. I had no idea wtf was going on, but realized he was trying to show me a way to stretch out my legs. It was rather odd encounter but well intended... Probably won't be incorporating that into my training plan though it looked super whacky.
