Montrose: easy out then 9x 30s hard, 60 easy

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Felt decent. Pretty unremarkable. But slow.

Saw two clients in the AM, then hustled to Montrose. Ran, then lifted.

Rest of the day:

• flew to SMF
• used in-flight text to msg JSG

I've just been upset all week. I didn't like how Steamboat went, or how she reacted to my visit in Sunnyvale. Key points:

• Sunnyvale was as much HER choices, as mine. I did want to go, then didn't, then - because of her - went
• I had NO intent on doing anything more than "being friendly". SHE came up to my room. SHE OK'd kissing me. SHE initiated sex on Thursday night

Then, she got upset saying I "pressured" that visit. Ugh

Then, Steamboat? It was "loves me/loves me not bipolarity"! So frustrating. Which is it?

Either way, I can't operate this way any longer. It's totally OK if she needs time and space, but I can't be "used" in this half-assed, guilt-ridden fashion.

A lot to communicate over text (which she didn't appreciate), but I needed to clear the air ahead of this weekend.

BGD picked me up at SMF at 9:30 and I was in my hotel in Auburn by 10:30. Good day, excited for the weekend!
