Comments:
2 mi warm-up on the track. 800 in 2:39 (felt harder than last week) then two sets of 4x200 in something like 38 35 38 38, 37 36 36 34 (felt easier than last week but kinda freaked out my left hamstring)
cooled down outside
did abs, stretched, and iced my hamstring afterward
