Fartlek in the Arb

Comments:
Strength beforehand Up to entrance on Geddes, down to northeast corner of arb to do some strides and get loose for the workout. 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 min pickups with equal rest to the pickup just ran. First one was easy as it was pancake flat but that first 2 and 3 were tough as I was negotiating a pretty steep incline. Last few were just a matter of keeping up consistency. Cooled down for 5 before making a b-line to the shower as I had spanish 15 minutes thereafter. Knee held up A-ok, will take tomorrow easy and then normal on Friday with some strides before a 2 mile time trial on Saturday.
