Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Caught up on some sleep and was ready to run early. Suns up, skies are clear today and the cool autumn breeze is coming in. Ran out 16th to Burrard, over the bridge, and back Pt Grey Rd. Had a good pace starting out, as that was downhill but the hills near the end were tough and I had to push to keep the pace. Legs were feeling it. Glad I got the shake out last night though I think that helped with overall endurance. Lots of people out today and they should be this was a great weather day.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch in the nice grass at QEE. Feel like I put in the work today, feet a little flat can shoes are scraping by right now. I cant recall if Alumni is a 5k or an 8k. I think tis a 5k which would be awesome because thats much more manageable for me right now than an 8k.
