Weather: 78, morning so it got hotter as I went, sunshine
Comments:
Felt OK. Hamstring and calf were tight and didn't feel like pushing, so I ran cautious/tentative. Buckled down to do 4 miles instead of stopping at 3 which would I easily could have done. Trying to work on mental strength to keep going.
Splits: 8:12, 8:21, 8:01; 8:06.
