September 25, 2022 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mid morning run, didnt go too long. Was super sore this morning maybe from walking home from Kits last night or Im running on fumes at the moment. Run was ok I kept the pace and kinda just wandered around Kits. Ran down to Jericho first cause there was an XC race going on, wanted to check that out. Then ran along Pt Grey Rd to Kits Beach, stopped to check that out a little bit then went up Arbutus to 16th. Wanted to finish up along 16th because that was always the toughest part of my long runs, either going out and getting it in or trying to come back up the hill. Today was tough too. The weather was perfect but the sun shining down, you got to work it.
Essentials: Stretch
Nice stretch out in the field at QEE. Not a lot of people there today. I took my time felt good to stretch out and catch my breath. I was well hydrated today. Could be a wrap on my Vancouver runs. Gratitude for the good routes, decent weather half of the year, and finding enough time in my schedule to get it in and keep me going.
