Comments:
So tired after yesterday and I was groggy when I finally got up. Ran errands today getting me settled back in and it was good to get some stuff done. On the list for sure, new running shoes. Back to the Ghosts, didnt shop around too much felt like I needed something robust and fit a little better to my feet, so I went down a half size. In afternoon took them out for a break in. Started out up Giles, wasn't sure where I wanted to go. Tried to cross State St but it was hectic, and impossible from what I could tell with the construction going on, so I had to skirt back down town then looped down Aurora until Tompkins, then Northside and back down Corn. I can still feel the cold lingering a little bit. It wasn't that bad though just focused on getting my shoes settled in. They are good I can feel the extra support right off the bat. Perfect little shake out after not getting any mileage this weekend, a shake up for me.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch inside when I got back. Dont feel too tight. Shoulders most sore from carrying my bags and trying to sleep on the plane.
