Long day driving out to OH. Ill admit, the foliage was really beautiful, and it was comforting to be back in my original element, the hills and woods of the southern tier. Got to get back into that drive mode its pretty boring but I shouldn't complain because traffic wasn't too bad and the rain mostly held out. Anyways, got to Phils place, took a breather then went for a little shake out run. That felt good. Noticed how much better I feel when I am running with someone. I dont think I ran with another person in two years, definitely since I was in Vancouver. Its such a different vibe. We just did a nice loop through the wide trails in the woods next to Phil's street
Essentials: Stretch
Barely did a stretch in the yard when we got back. No worries I just needed to shake it out after the drive. Pretty excited for tomorrow, gonna be something like I haven't experienced in a while and I am all up for that.
