Comments:
Felt solid. Calf was a little sore at first so *tried* to run easy for a bit. Also, wanted to get in miles. Pushed it to 10, almost did 11 but hit a wall at 9.5 and just couldn't push it.
Splits: 8:26, 7:53, 7:58, 8:01, 8:21, 8:15, 8:07, 8:39, 8:28, 8:08.
