Comments:
Not too bad of a hill workout today it wasn't too taxing at all. We did the 12 repeats of 200m in sets of 4. The first set was get out hard and then cruise the last 100. The second set was cruise the first 100 then finnish hard. And the last was hard all the way. Not really hard untill the last set and then only the last couple. Felt good the whole time. Easy hill workout which left me feeling good. Walked a whole bunch when we got back to Veale. Did the usual ab stuff and streaches but I don't remember since I'm back logging this.
