Weather: 50 and windy weird
Comments:
I finally feel like I am getting better. Nothing spectacular, but a good solid workout with a couple of 2 mile pickups. I ran both in under 11 minutes with the first at about 10:45 and the second about 10:50 range. It's hard on windy windy roads. wind was at my back so I felt fast. The second was pretty hard.
