Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Didnt have a lot of drive to "work" today but I kept myself busy getting things in order. Its just hard sitting at home all day. Good run, its getting chilly out now. I felt much better than past days today had a great pace going out. Maybe its because I stuck to the flats overall. Traffic wasn't too bad and I didnt get stopped at all the stop lights.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a bit when I got back. Wanted to roll but was too lazy. Realize runs now supplement my commutes so if I dont run, Im gonna be way worse off. Should be grateful for the commuting situation in Vancouver it kept me up for sure but now I have time to get in good running workouts.
