Comments:
Surprisingly chilly today I am not used to this. Broke out hat and gloves. Wanted to get out of downtown and check out the new sidewalk on Giles. Ran straight up it its tough especially as you push up to Belle Sherman. I felt pretty good though and I needed to shake my legs out. Foot was also sore this morning from shoe adjustment but it felt fine out there. Coasted back down he hill through campus and came back on Cascadilla then down to Geneva.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch when I got back. Legs feel good, foot too but respiratorally need to adjust to the chilly air. Also I did not hydrate much at all today and that showed.
