Comments:
Did some light mobility before class in the AM.
Helped out until lunch, then headed out. Nice drive from Fremont, clockwise, to SFO.
Flew to Eugene.
Got REALLY down in the afternoon. The "buoyancy" of the class released, and just the notions of:
• no Jules
• returning to Eugene (and memories of the last year)
hit me hard.
Once I got to EUG I picked up my rental car just before sundown and headed to Sam Bonds solo, for a beer. Listened to some Irish folk jam, which helped.
Jules has blocked me seeing her Instagram stories: weird (if not "funny") because I've *refused* to look at them since our fight.
But still demoralizing that she's basically "blocking me". Definitely a low point...
