Jogged extended to track, accelerated warmup and was off. 32 - 16 - 8 - 4 - 2 - 2, lap cooldown btwn each Splits were 11:58, 5:46, 2:38, 71, 33 lo, 33 hi. Surprised by the speed of the 4. Happy with how I closed it. Extended cooldown back. Stretch and strength after.
