Comments:
Scrapped the easy run idea seeing as I’m taking off tomorrow. Threw in 4 strides at the end. Stretch and strength after.
Just found out this morning I missed the registration for the mens 8k at nats but I was able to secure a spot in the open 6k. Shame I won’t get to go under 29 this year but I’m happy to leave those big PRs for next fall. I guess it’ll also be nice to try out the 6k and give my all in a shorter distance. This coming week I’ll probably sit around 40, and then 2 down weeks afterward before buildup begins for indoor.
