Comments:
Got chilly today. I wasn't quite expecting it to be that cold. Ran over to top of Seneca then came down Giles and added on a little bit to Plain just cause I was feeling alright. Once I got going it wasn't too bad but when the sun dips down you can definitely tell its chilly.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch when I got back felt surprisingly peppy today. Soreness from the long run has released.
