Did 16 hill repeats with the team. My legs felt absolutely trashed today due to yesterday's long run. It didn't help that Nate is in great shape and blasted a couple of the repeats. Not to mention Keith showed up. The shin didn't hurt during the workout probably cause I landed on all forefoot.
