Comments:
I was cold again today. Felt chunky and not into running but got out there anyways. Didnt know where to go but short loop around eventually getting across Giles Footbridge. Legs just heavy and slow. Maybe a little dehydrated as well. Also, probably still burnt out from last week and taking a while to get right into it again.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretching helped a little bit. Nothing is sore I just dont feel fast or agile.
