Comments:
Didn't do anything in the morning. Felt a little ill last night (including some fever).
Decided against yoga due to the mild illness. Went to AF and spent a long time "orb" rolling my hamstings/lateral quads, then got in a decent lift
3x:
* pull up ab lift
* 12" step up/step down combos (holding 10lb plates)
* push-up + leg lifts (x2 only?), then push-ups only
* TRX row pulls (x2 sets)
* leg press
