Comments:
2x(4x400) a little faster than mile pace with 2 mins rest (100 jog) and 5 mins (400 jog) between sets. Aerobically pretty chill, legs got pretty heavy at 6 though. Felt strong, 64 63 63 63 and 63 63 62 62. Not the hardest workout in the world, new flats felt sweet
