Started at 6:40, dropped to 6:25 to 6:21. Closed last mile uphill in 5:28, negative splitted 800. Last 800 was probably 2:30-5. Felt good real relaxed and controlled, minimal effort. Could have knocked out that last mile probably closer to 5:00 had I gone all out.
Given I run horrible at night and normally go 100x slower then than during the day I was really surprised how fast I was able to go.
