Bellarmine Chapel

Got some good rest before a day of checking stuff off the to do list. Started out with some major road construction across the street so I wasn't sure when or if I could go out. Glad we moved in earlier this week! It was supposed to be warm today and the sun actually came out. Ran down Wasson toward Xavier, ran down to the loop infront of the chapel and back. You have to wait a long time when Wasson crosses Edwards so thats annoying but at least its not in the middle of the route. Felt pretty good going out and got a little winded along the way but ran good even splits. Decent number of runners out there today as well.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back, taking time there to stay good. Rolling should help as it gets aggregated up. Im trying to get back onto abs now. Core feels like its lacking and can really help with the quality of the miles. Its a little extra add on but it goes so so far.
