With Hoodrich and Teare, Chicago Chris caught us on N Park, quiet run, a tree took my hat clean off but Chicago Chris recovered it for me, traffic not too dicey on N Park, 6*100m striders, circuit, stretch, Bear+4, found out that I am not racing this weekend which means I have a fun workout awaiting me on Friday
