Easy run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Overcast and colder than its been. But probably still warm for this time of year

Comments:
Went out for an easy 6. Started out with Ethan K and the big O till we got on North Park when Chicago Chris caught us. He is just begining his training for the Cleveland Marathon and was running pretty short for him. A little later on me and Onko split off to head back. We talked about track most of the time and about traveling to the meets. Felt real good. I have like no soreness at all from yesterday's workout which was amazing. Even my calf which gets sore over nothing is fine.
Hurdles early
After run: lift with Brett, Coach's circut, 3xmax pushups, 2x max 2 way pullups. Static 1 and rolled.
