Comments:
Did an upper body lift with Grogan and Brett. We did bench, Military press, curls, skull crushers, and rows with the machine. This made me hurt and made the circut suck more afterward. I took too much rest in the circut but it taxes me so much areobicly. My legs hurt from it too
