Its gonna get cold but it wasn't actually that nasty out today. I still opted to take a run rest since I have piled on past week. Dug out my old weight lifting folder to recall the rest of the strength and core series. Old school classics like Ace, Bear, 300 come to mind. I did a few in the later afternoon to keep up with my progress and get some exercise.
