Lazy day. Im burning through these so that I am ready to roll and get into the shit. Want to take it easy on the calves still but it was kinda warm out and I needed some fresh air. Did a little walk around Wasson and Withrow. Things felt ok, not enough to aggravate but maybe enough to warm up and loosen out. Then did abs when I got back. They are getting more normalized, feeling stronger. So thats a wrap on mileage this year I guess. A bit down in my books I would say mostly because of my foot getting messed up after the Sun Run (which was worth it) and a bit of travel and limbo here and there. But here is to another year, another log session and more miles, hopefully with friends, races, goals and achievements. Balance and training is going to be as important as ever next year.
