Xavier Loop

Comments:
Not prepared for the weather today. Especially after our snow run last week, it was around 60 even after the sun went down. I had sleeve and a hat on. A bit more folks here today. Ran a good pace down around Xavier and back through Norwood somewhere. I lost track after the loop. Was cool to go around the campus, venture a little further. Calves, legs, everything felt alright today but I did start to lose the pace a little bit on the way back. Didn't need to extend or anything today. Also very careless with my watch today so not sure exactly what my pace was.

Essentials: Stretch

I did a little bit of stretching in the parking lot as people started to make their ways back. We were mulling around a while, and I likely tightened up. Ran back but was super hungry so I didnt stretch more. Kinda tight now need to roll a bit to offset. Good effort and mileage today though I needed that.
