Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Kinda felt like first real day, grinding in the office checking a to do list of setting up, thinking about funding and proposals, discussing lab groups, etc... By 4 I knew it was a good idea to get back and run something. Turned out right away for a quick few miles. Ran with a little detour on Wasson to get to the end of Ault Park Ave at which I turned around and came back Victoria. 4 miles on the dot and you need that little extension. I did not feel good today, legs very heavy and cumbersome, but I got it in and it was good.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs
Stretching and rolling were good but I feel kinda tight now. Calves felt fine also but need to work on them a little bit. Just drained from start up I am sure.
