Gym at the office
Bike for 5 minutes on good speed....72 psi
Run on treadmill - 2 miles
Mile 1.5 was on 7, then ticked up one speed per tenth of a mile. Then sped up at 8 for the last tenth. Wasn't easy but it went ok.
