Got a lot of sleep but I was still tired today. It was also cold so just had that hunker down feeling. Calves and Achilles were not tight but they have been acting up past few runs so I thought it OK to take a rester for them. Instead fit in some good circuit work. Didnt get it in everyday this week. Spent a little time rolling out down there also afterwards.
