Comments:
Definitely looking forward to running today. I came back a little early as a front whipped through and it looked nasty but waited for it to calm. Met Brandon at his place and we ran down to Xavier and back. Wind there was crazy strong had to dig for sure. Were flying on the way back. I added on a loop down Paxton to Erie. Good call cause I had it in me today and it was good to shake it out. Achilles a little tight but sleeves felt pretty good.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Chill stretch and roll. Not too sore from abs but I feel worked today.
