Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Action packed day at work. Sidewalks still a little bit covered and icy but roads are fine. Wasn't sure where we were gonna get a good run in but we ended up around Richmans then did a little loop around Hyde Park to finish up. I was in a good group we kept the pace and I talked emulsions with Austin the whole way. Felt pretty good. Achilles tightened up a little at the end. Spent a while chillin in the parking lot before running back. Did the add on today which was good in hindsight I could use the miles.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Quick stretch and roll when I got back cause I was really hungry. Did get back on the stick roller later realizing that I really need it. Calves are tight now.
