Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
All computer today and I was getting burnt out. Good time to try and get back for a run. Run was a struggle. Its felt cold out but it wasn't that bad once I got going. Kept it easy and flat today. No calf tightness so that was good. I think I was hungry and dehydrated throughout and that let to the chill pace.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Not very concentrated on the stretching and rolling but Im not too tight or strained. Legs feel much better now after the shake out actually.
