Weather: Little Colder than yesterday
Comments:
All day, my hamstrings were probably the sorest they have ever been. I couldn't figure out why I was so sore since we only did distance yesterday. Then I remembered the lunges...
Had a meeting after school so warm up was shorter.
4X150 and 2X200 with jog back to start, then a 50 second run on the grass. Felt alright considering the soreness. 20 minute cool down.
