Busy day after a slow weekend. I was looking forward to running getting the pace and effort up. We did Richmans, in reverse though. We actually did it right this time apparently. Held pace ok might have fallen off a few times but I needed that push. Added on before and after and didnt dally around. I ate dinner beforehand as well and managed that fine.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Short stretch and roll. Legs kinda sore now.
