Comments:
Crazy busy day but I got good work done. Was running around a bit and knew I needed a run to finish off the work week. Just a joint down to Delta and back up Linwood. Didnt feel that into the rhythm but worked some thing out.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Didn't really focus while stretching I was kinda too burnt out. Legs feel mad sore now this week was not good to them. Feel like a shock to the system.
