Comments:
Stuck around at work till 5 but made it to run club. We had a good pack ran down and back on Wasson. Its surprisingly light out right when we start but pretty dark by the time we get back. It was warmer out today too. Felt pretty good especially compared to yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got my add ons then back to stretch and clean up real quick. Legs just tired but that work feels great.
