Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tired from yesterday but didnt get to catch up much on sleep. We were pretty lazy in the morning and went and got our run in before breakfast. It was still really really cold out and I had to bundle up all the way. Ran some extra loops in the woods. It was all easy feeling to me and glad we could get out there and get some miles in. Just felt natural.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back, had a big breakfast and that was needed cause we were hungry. Addie helped me stretch out a little bit but I didnt focus on it too much actually. Might be sore later.
