Comments:
Yeah I was not feeling it today. Didnt get much sleep and woke up with congestion and headache. Its smart to stay away from work. I tried my best to get some stuff done at home but really need to recover. Thought a shake out in the afternoon would help. It was a tough run I couldn't manage too far just went out Edwards and came back. Took it slow. Cleared up the congestion but I felt pretty weak and beat down. Walked to Kroger after lunch so that was another source of fresh air and shake out. It got into the 70s today. Crazy.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got a good stretch, roll, and recovery when I got back. Still feeling achy and beat down. Man lockdown shuttered my exposure and immune system. I got to bounce back into shape there too.
